If you’re vegetarian, or have to cater for friends or family who are, you’ll just love this book. It’s beautifully presented – you’ll look at the photographs and start salivating on the spot. My favourites to try are the Black Bean Burger with Cheddar and Caramelised Onions, and the BBQ Portobello Mushroom Burger with Caramelised Onions and Saint Agur Cheese. Sensational!
