When Cecil and his family move from Florida to Massachusetts, his world suddenly becomes a little scary. Cecil is anxious because all the other kids are already in friendship groups at his new school, and he doesn't know where he'll fit in. Cecil has always wanted to be known for his comic book-making talent and tries to use that to make new friends.
